Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("T&C", "Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and ek688 ("Company", "We", "Us", "Our"). By registering an account, logging in, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the ek688 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the ek688 platform. • You must not be an employee, director, officer, agent, or contractor of ek688, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must provide accurate, complete and truthful information during registration and must update your account details promptly if any information changes.

Account Registration and Security

Each player may hold only one registered account on ek688. The following rules apply to all account registrations and must be adhered to at all times.

• One Account Per PlayerEach player is permitted to hold exactly one ek688 account. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same mobile number, name, payment method, device, or IP address — are prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
• Accurate InformationYou must provide your real full name, valid Bangladesh mobile number, and accurate date of birth during registration. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in account termination.
• Account SecurityYou are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your mobile number, password, or any account access details with any third party. ek688 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your login details secure.
• KYC Verificationek688 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) documents at any time, including but not limited to national ID, passport, or other government-issued identification. Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal suspension or account closure.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Terms

All financial transactions on the ek688 platform are subject to the following terms. These apply to all payment methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa and Mastercard.

• Minimum DepositThe minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits below this threshold will not be processed and will be returned to the originating payment account. There is no maximum deposit limit, though ek688 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large deposits.
• Minimum WithdrawalThe minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. ek688 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• Withdrawal Processing TimeWithdrawal requests submitted by verified KYC accounts are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes for bKash and Nagad. Processing times may be longer during high-volume periods. ek688 does not guarantee processing times and shall not be liable for delays outside its reasonable control.
• CurrencyAll transactions on ek688 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). ek688 does not offer multi-currency accounts. All deposits, game balances, bonuses, winnings, and withdrawals are denominated in BDT.
• Refused or Cancelled Transactionsek688 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any transaction that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, associated with money laundering, made in breach of these Terms, or made in error. Players who attempt to charge back or reverse a processed deposit may have their account suspended pending investigation.

Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

All bonuses and promotional offers made available by ek688 are subject to specific terms and conditions which will be stated at the time the offer is presented. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless otherwise stated.

Fair Play, Prohibited Conduct and Fraud Prevention

• Money Launderingek688 operates a zero-tolerance policy on money laundering. Players must not use the ek688 platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime. ek688 complies with applicable anti-money laundering obligations and will report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities where required.
• Chargeback and Payment FraudInitiating a chargeback or payment reversal through your bank or mobile money provider for a processed ek688 deposit constitutes a breach of these Terms. ek688 will pursue recovery of reversed funds and reserves the right to pursue legal remedies where appropriate.

Intellectual Property

All content on the ek688 platform — including but not limited to the ek688 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game content, audiovisual materials, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of ek688 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ek688 platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from the ek688 platform without the prior written consent of ek688.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ek688 shall not be liable to you or any third party for any of the following types of loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of the ek688 platform.

• Any loss of profits, revenue, contracts, anticipated savings, data, goodwill, or wasted expenditure, whether or not such loss was foreseeable or ek688 was advised of its possibility.
• Any loss arising from interruptions, errors, or unavailability of the platform caused by maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control including telecommunications network failures.
• Any loss of funds resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials, including losses caused by unauthorised access to your account by a third party.
• Any indirect, special, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages of any kind, even if ek688 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. ek688's total liability in any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Account Suspension and Termination

ek688 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. The following circumstances may lead to account suspension or termination.

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions, including providing false registration information, operating duplicate accounts, or engaging in prohibited conduct as described in Section 6 above.
• Failure to pass KYC verification within the timeframe requested by ek688, or providing fraudulent, forged, or misleading identity documents.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other financial crime associated with the account, pending formal investigation.
• A player's own written request to close their account, including requests made through ek688's responsible gaming self-exclusion programme. Self-exclusion requests will be actioned within 24 hours and the account will be locked for the period requested.
